A) This website does not collect the names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses or any other personal data of visitors who do not make a purchase or set up an account.
B) This website does collect and store the names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of visitors who do make a purchase or set up an account.
C) This website does not collect and store the details of credit/debit cards used to make a purchase.
D) This website does collect the IP address and other browsing habits of all visitors through the use of Google Analytics. This data is not stored by this website.
E) The information you send to us through our contact form includes your name, email address, subject and message. This information is received by us via a standard email. None of the information is stored on this website or shared with any third parties.
F) We create multiple backups of our website. These backups contain all website content and user data. Backups are kept for a maximum of 30 days.

3. How We Use This Data
The data collected by this website is used to complete purchases and to keep a record of all purchases made on our website. Email addresses are used to send you emails about promotions, changes to our website, etc. through our email marketing partner Send In Blue. Only your email address will be shared with Send In Blue when you make a purchase or create an account on our website and is stored according to the terms of their privacy policy which you can read here.

4. How Long We Keep This Data
We keep the data we collect indefinitely for the purposes record keeping and email marketing.

5. Access And Removal Of Your Data
If you would like a copy of the information we have stored about you, please use our contact form to send us a data access request. All requests are handled with the highest priority.
You can also request a removal of your personal data using the same method.
– All data removal requests are processed within 30 days.
– Data is not removed from backups of our website. Instead, backups are deleted after a maximum of 30 days and your personal information is deleted at this point.
– Removal of your personal data from our database does not remove your email address from out mailing list. To remove your email address from our mailing list, use the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of emails you receive from us.
– Details of purchases are kept for our records and are not removed from our database. However, when your personal data is removed from our database your purchases can no longer be linked to you.
– After your personal data has been removed you will no longer be able to log in to our website.

6. Log Files
Our website automatically gathers some anonymous information about all visitors, including IP addresses, browser type, language and the times & dates of webpage visits. The data collected does not include information that can identify you as an individual and is used only for statistical analysis, to understand user behaviour and to administer the site.
